Whether you’re a pro seeking a challenging course or just starting to learn the sport, you’ll find great places to play golf in the Berkshires while taking in the pastoral surroundings.
Stockbridge Golf Club
Wheatleigh’s House golf course is 5 miles away, nestled along the Housatonic River.
By our exclusive partnership with the historic and private Stockbridge Golf Club, we are able to offer our guests a unique opportunity to play on one of the oldest golf courses (built in 1895) in the United States.
From the back tees, the course measures 6,567 yards – short by modern standards, but with a premium on accuracy due to the close proximity of the river on more than half of the holes.
There’s plenty of challenge here if you would like.
In addition to our house course, we offer to our guests additional access to great local golf courses which are all in the beautiful and historic Berkshires.
